Where is my order?

Most orders are dispatched next day, subject to stock availability. Due to courier limitations, please allow 2-3 days for deliveries. If you encounter delays beyond this time frame, please contact our support team.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately due to our speedy warehouse we are unable to cancel any orders unless the goods are on back order.

I received my order but it's damaged / faulty

If any of your order is damaged, please report it to our customer services team within 48hrs of receipt of your delivery, if the damage is visible on the outer packaging, please where possible, note this on the delivery note when signing for your parcel(s).

Something is missing from my order

If you're missing something, please contact us within 48hrs of receipt of your delivery and our customer service team will be happy to help.

Do I have to open an account to order?

You do need to create an account in order to track and access your orders, however we don't use or share any of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept telephone orders.

How can I track my order?

If you would like to track your order, please use the tracking page where you can find the status of your order. You can also contact us and one of our representatives will be in touch with the status of your order.

Can I exchange a product?

If you would like to exchange an item please request a return for the unopened product and place a new order for the correct item.

Whilst we take every care to ensure our product descriptions/specifications and images are accurate, images may not be direct representations of products and packaging may differ slightly, depending on stock availability. We cannot be held liable for slight errors or inaccuracies which may occur. However, if you are unhappy with the product/s you receive, we operate a 28 day returns guarantee.

We partner with a range of logistic companies to ensure all orders are delivered next day.

How much do you charge for delivery?

Standard delivery is charged at £4.50 Ex VAT.

What are your order cut off times for next day delivery?

Next day delivery is subject to items being available in stock at the time of purchase.

Please allow extra time for deliveries over Bank Holidays.

I’ve placed my order, but one of my items is now out of stock, what happens now?

In the unlikely event that an item becomes out of stock after ordering, we will email to let you know. If you’re happy to wait until the expected delivery date, your item will be shipped to you at the earliest possible convenience.

If the item is still not available after 30 days, we will contact you to cancel your order if suitable.

Returns and Warranty

Returns Information

We offer a hassle-free returns policy for all standard products (unless stated otherwise) ordered within 28 days, provided that the goods are unopened and in their original manufacturer's packaging. To initiate a return, please click 'Return Order' on the returns page or use the 'Contact Us' form. Once we receive your return request, we will notify you by email of our progress and provide any relevant returns information.

Please note that our free returns service covers the free collection of the goods from the delivery address. However, in the event that you wish to return an item that is no longer required but is neither faulty nor damaged, we reserve the right to apply a restocking fee to your refund, which is as follows:

If returning within 15 days – 15% restocking fee of the return order value.

If returning within 16-28 days – 20% restocking fee of the return order value.

This restocking fee is applied to cover the costs associated with processing and restocking returned items. It's important to understand that this fee only applies to returns of non-faulty and non-damaged items that are no longer needed. If your product is faulty or damaged, please contact our customer support for assistance with a return or exchange.

Please note that refunds may not always appear as credited amounts on bank statements. Instead, the original charge may simply disappear from pending transactions or be amended (in the case of partial refunds)

Customers should check their pending charges for any adjustments related to their refund.

Furniture Returns

Furniture items are unique due to their size and nature. Therefore, all furniture returns, regardless of the timeframe, are subject to a 35% restocking fee. This fee accounts for the special handling and storage requirements associated with furniture items.

Dated Products

In addition to our standard return terms, returns for any dated items such as diaries and planners are subject to additional terms:

Products dated January to December – Items must be returned by 1st December of the previous dated year.

Academic dated products - Items must be returned by 1st June of the previous dated year.

Damaged Items/Missing Items
